Penalty for Outstanding Membership Fees
At our Annual General Meeting of Oct. 17, 2002, the membership ratified a policy with respect to assigning a penalty to those members who continue with outstanding membership fees. The motion that was passed states that members be penalized for overdue annual membership fees, and that the penalty be FIVE times the amount owing three months prior to the commencement of the trial on the issue of liability.
